Last updated 23 August 2026These terms cover our website and the apps we publish on the Atlassian Marketplace and the Google Workspace™ Marketplace. We have tried to write them plainly. If anything is unclear, ask us.
Use the apps as intended, pay for any paid services you choose, and do not try to break, misuse, copy, or resell them.
LaunchPad and Second Chance run through Atlassian. Asset Sync runs through Google Sheets and uses a backend service operated by us. The relevant Atlassian and Google terms apply alongside ours.
1. Who we are
These terms are between you and Let’s Talk Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales and trading as LT.Solutions.
Where we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Let’s Talk Solutions Ltd.
Where we say “the apps”, we mean:
- LaunchPad
- Second Chance
- Asset Sync
- Any other software we publish under the LT.Solutions name
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this website and our apps.
LaunchPad and Second Chance are distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace and run on Atlassian Forge. Your use of Atlassian products is also governed by Atlassian’s own terms.
Asset Sync is distributed through the Google Workspace Marketplace. It runs inside Google Sheets and uses a backend service operated by us to connect Google Sheets with Jira Service Management Assets. Your use of Google Workspace is also governed by Google’s terms, and your use of Jira Service Management remains subject to Atlassian’s terms.
The relevant Google terms include Google's Terms of Service, the Google Workspace Terms of Service, and the Google APIs Terms of Service. Those terms apply alongside these terms where relevant.
Neither Atlassian’s nor Google’s terms are replaced by these terms.
If there is a signed agreement between us for consultancy, implementation services, support, or another specific engagement, that agreement takes priority over these terms for the work it covers.
3. Using our apps
You may install, access, and use the apps in accordance with these terms and any plan or entitlement that applies to you.
You are responsible for:
- How the apps are configured and used within your organisation.
- Who you allow to access or configure them.
- Making sure the accounts and systems you connect are authorised for that purpose.
- Making sure users have the permissions required to access the data or functionality they use.
The apps work with your existing Atlassian, Google, and organisational permissions. You keep control of your data.
LaunchPad
LaunchPad deploys structured patterns into Jira Service Management Assets on a review first basis.
You review and approve what is deployed.
Second Chance
Second Chance reads from Confluence connected as your Jira Service Management knowledge base.
It does not change your requests, workflows, or queues.
Asset Sync
Asset Sync connects your Google and Atlassian accounts and imports Jira Service Management Assets data into a Google spreadsheet you choose.
Version 1 provides a one way import. It reads from Assets and writes to the Google spreadsheet you select. It does not write to or modify your Jira or Assets data.
You must have:
- A Google account permitted to install or use the add on.
- An Atlassian account with permission to read the Assets schemas and objects you choose to import.
You authorise your own Google and Atlassian account connections and can disconnect them at any time.
We do not create a separate LT.Solutions user account for Asset Sync. We store the account connections you authorise and the saved import definitions needed to provide the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the apps except where your plan or a separate agreement expressly allows it.
- Reverse engineer the apps except where applicable law gives you a right to do so.
- Use the apps to break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
- Use the apps to gain access to data, systems, accounts, or functionality you are not authorised to access.
- Try to bypass security, permission, licensing, billing, or other controls operated by us, Atlassian, Google, or another service used by the apps.
- Interfere with the normal operation, security, or availability of the apps or the platforms and services they depend on.
If use of an app creates a security, legal, operational, or platform risk, we may suspend or restrict access while we investigate and resolve the issue.
5. Pricing and billing
LaunchPad
LaunchPad is offered at USD 4.53 per user, per month. Any free tier or trial is governed by the current Atlassian Marketplace listing.
Billing is handled through the Atlassian Marketplace under Atlassian’s applicable billing terms, including any trial, proration, tax, and Marketplace billing arrangements.
Second Chance
Second Chance is currently free.
Asset Sync
Asset Sync version 1 is free to install and use.
Asset Sync reads from Jira Service Management Assets into your spreadsheet and does not write back, and reports are refreshed manually.
If we ever offer a paid capability, its price will be shown in the add on or on our website before you are asked to pay.
The Google Workspace Marketplace does not currently process payment for Asset Sync. If paid Asset Sync functionality is ever introduced, billing may therefore be provided directly by LT.Solutions or through another payment provider identified at the time of purchase.
We may change our prices or introduce new paid plans or capabilities.
For services billed through the Atlassian Marketplace, Atlassian’s Marketplace process governs how and when pricing changes take effect.
For services billed directly by us or through another payment provider, any applicable price and billing terms will be shown before you purchase or renew the service.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep the apps available and to fix problems promptly, but we do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted, available, or free from errors.
LaunchPad and Second Chance depend in part on Atlassian’s platform and services.
Asset Sync depends in part on Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Atlassian Cloud, and the APIs those platforms make available.
Those external platforms and services are outside our control. Changes, outages, restrictions, rate limits, or discontinued functionality on those platforms may affect how an app operates.
For support, email support@lt.solutions.
Security questions and responsible security disclosures should be sent to security@lt.solutions.
7. Intellectual property
We own, or have the right to use, the apps, this website, the LT.Solutions name and marks, and the software, designs, documentation, and other materials we provide.
Using an app does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
The structured patterns LaunchPad deploys into your Jira environment become part of your configuration and can be edited and extended by you within Jira Service Management Assets. The LaunchPad application, its implementation, and its underlying design remain ours.
Your data remains yours.
We do not claim ownership of:
- Content or operational data in your Atlassian environment.
- Content in your Google spreadsheets.
- Data imported into a spreadsheet by Asset Sync.
Our handling of personal data and operational data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, or data that we could not reasonably have foreseen.
The apps depend on third party platforms, including Atlassian and Google. We are not responsible for failures, outages, restrictions, changes, or losses caused by those platforms where they are outside our reasonable control.
LaunchPad is designed around review before deployment.
Asset Sync version 1 does not write to Jira or Assets, but it does write imported data to a Google spreadsheet you select.
You are responsible for reviewing configurations and outputs, maintaining appropriate backups, controlling access to your systems and spreadsheets, and deciding whether an app is suitable for your organisation and intended use.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our apps, services, pricing, business, or legal obligations change.
When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to make it clear.
Where required by law or an applicable Marketplace process, we will provide any additional notice that is required.
Continuing to use the apps after updated terms take effect means that the updated terms apply to your continued use.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot legally be excluded.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@lt.solutions.
The relevant Google terms include Google's Terms of Service, the Google Workspace Terms of Service, and the Google APIs Terms of Service.
