Every Jira Service Management rollout reaches the same hard part. The tooling installs quickly. The service model, ownership, routing and relationships take far longer to design and agree.
LaunchPad is the first product expression of that pattern: thirteen structured Assets models drawn from operations work, deployable in minutes and safe to run against production instances.
The consultancy stays close to live estates. The studio turns repeatable problems into software only when the operational pattern is clear enough to deserve a product.

Andreas Nyberg is an AI-native ITSM architect and Atlassian SME with more than fifteen years of enterprise service management experience and ITIL 4 Foundation.
Much of that experience comes from the buyer’s side of the table, close to the teams that inherit the workflows, schemas, automations and handovers after a project is marked complete.
